P0868 means Transmission Fluid Pressure is Low. Unlike a sensor circuit code, P0868 means the TCM has confirmed that actual hydraulic pressure inside the transmission is below the minimum required level. Low line pressure means the clutch packs and bands cannot apply firmly enough to hold gears. You will typically feel harsh, slipping, or delayed shifts.
