How to Fix It
-
Check that the camera is plugged in and the light is on.
The camera shows a small LED when powered.
If no light, check the power cable and adapter. -
Check your Wi-Fi — try loading a website on your phone.
If your Wi-Fi is down, the camera cannot connect.
Restart your router. -
Unplug the camera for 10 seconds, then plug it back in.
A restart reconnects to Wi-Fi and resolves most offline issues.
-
Make sure the camera is on the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band.
The Nanit only works on 2.4 GHz, not 5 GHz.
If your router combines both bands, make sure 2.4 GHz is available.
